Returns

• 30-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase may be required to complete your return.

Return Shipping

For domestic returns, if applicable, we may provide a return label. If a prepaid return label is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your final refund amount.

For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item to us. Returned goods must be received and inspected before any refund is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This may include:

• Items returned worn, damaged, or incomplete
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Final sale or clearance items, where stated
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@ottheyewear.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or color, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
